Liesfeld is typically the first contractor on the site, and, consequently sets the pace of the project, its attention to schedule, its quality, and its commitment to safety. During mission critical construction much focus is on the structural/MEP scopes; however these trades can’t start construction until Liesfeld turns over the building pad. During Pre-Construction, Liesfeld has taken schedules deemed “unrealistic” by our competitors and actually reduced such schedules in time.
