About this project
Foundry Park was a ten acre site located next to the Federal Reserve in Richmond, VA and it serves as the headquarters of MeadWestVaco. The project consisted of a 10 story 350,000 SQFT building and a 4 story 450,000 SQFT with basements. The site work consisted of complex grading, road improvements to Tredgar Street/7th Street/5th Street/Bragg Street, 150,000 Cubic Yards of building excavation, and had a complex traffic sequence due to the urban environment of downtown Richmond.
