About this project
Liesfeld performed the phase 1 site development for a 400 acre development known as Farms of New Kent (also known as New Kent Vineyards) featuring three subdivisions, a winery, vineyards, polo fields, pump station, and a golf club house. Also involved with the project were major road improvements including five miles of subdivision roadways. The project was completed in a four year period moving over 500,000 cubic yards of earthen material, and the installation of miles of storm drainage, water and sanitary piping.
