About this project
The Stone Brewery East Coast Facility is a 216,000 SQFT production brewery and distribution center located on a 16-acre brownfield site in Richmond, Virginia. Liesfeld provided the project a mass grading package only and focused on an intense building pad delivery. The project also featured road work, stream restoration work on the property, and prepping for a large conspan structure.
The project utilized Liesfeld’s Green Solutions providing over 61,000 tons of recycled crushed concrete material for construction of the building pad.
