About this project
The award winning Williams Mullen Center located on the corner of 10th and Canal Streets in downdown Richmond was another Liesfeld project. The project consisted of a 15-story office tower (200,000 SF of office space) that sat on top of a 3-story 49,000 SF parking garage. Liesfeld performed the site package for our client Armada Hoffler. The project consisted of a very complex utility sequence due to the massive amount of existing utilities in Richmond, some of which are 200 + years old. The project won the 2011 GRACRE project of the year.
