This is a full-time, on-site Field Support and Delivery Technician role in the Greater Richmond, VA area, focused on supporting daily field operations through tire service, material transport, and general equipment support. The Field Support and Delivery Technician is responsible for ensuring crews have the materials, tools, and operational support needed to maintain productivity and minimize downtime. Key responsibilities include performing tire service and changes for pickup trucks and over-the-road vehicles; responding to field service calls; transporting pipe, equipment, and construction materials; assisting with shop organization and inventory; conducting vehicle inspections; and supporting field crews with general labor tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, logistics, or delivery; strong mechanical aptitude; a commitment to safety and reliability; and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced shop and field environment.
