This is a full-time, on-site Utility & Field Compliance Marshall role in the Greater Richmond, VA area, focused on supporting safe, efficient, and compliant field operations across active construction projects. The Utility & Field Compliance Marshall is responsible for helping reduce utility conflicts, prevent service interruptions, and improve overall field compliance by serving as a key resource between Project Management, Operations, Safety, and Field Teams. Key responsibilities include reviewing utility layouts and project plans; conducting field audits and observations; monitoring utility strikes, shutdowns, near misses, and other incidents; assisting with investigations and corrective actions; tracking trends and performance metrics; and helping ensure crews are following company procedures, utility protection practices, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction operations, utilities, field compliance, or safety; strong organizational and problem-solving skills; the ability to read construction plans and identify potential conflicts; and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with both field and office teams.
