Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager in Rockville, Virginia and on project sites in the Richmond region. This role will assist in land development, civil engineering, plan submissions, assistance to construction projects and more. The Project Manager - Civil Engineering will oversee site and land development projects, conduct feasibility studies, manage budgets and design plans, see through plan submissions with municipalities, and coordinate with land and construction teams to ensure successful project completion. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering and being a PE/LS is a requirement for this role.
