Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager – Civil Engineering position based in Rockville, Virginia, with work across project sites in the Richmond region. The role supports land development, civil engineering, plan submissions, and construction project coordination. The Project Manager will oversee site and land development projects, conduct feasibility studies, manage budgets and design plans, coordinate plan submissions with municipalities, and work closely with land and construction teams to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Land Surveyor (LS), bringing strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic construction environment.
