Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Fleet & Equipment Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operational readiness, reliability, and cost-effective management of Liesfeld Contractor's fleet of trucks, trailers, and construction equipment. This position is responsible for coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, equipment utilization, budgeting, vendor relationships, and fleet documentation to ensure our assets remain safe, compliant, and available to support field operations. Working closely with the Shop Foreman, Operations, Project Managers, dealerships, vendors, and rental partners, the Fleet & Equipment Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for fleet maintenance and equipment administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, financial awareness, and the ability to proactively manage multiple priorities while supporting the company's commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
