Overview
The Parts Runner is a full-time position responsible for supporting Liesfeld Contractor's Shop Department by ensuring mechanics and field personnel have the parts, tools, and materials necessary to keep our fleet operating safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This role coordinates the timely pickup, delivery, receipt, and organization of automotive, truck, and heavy equipment parts while maintaining accurate inventory and supporting the day-to-day operations of the shop. Working closely with the Equipment Manager, Shop Foreman, mechanics, vendors, and field teams, the Parts Runner serves as a key link between suppliers and maintenance personnel, helping maximize productivity, streamline workflow, and ensure equipment is returned to service as quickly as possible. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential to operational success.
