This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position, with work primarily on job sites throughout the Greater Richmond region. The Project Manager is responsible for expediting, project management, inspections, and logistics coordination to ensure the successful completion of site preparation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and expediting, inspection and logistics oversight, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Required technical skills include Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, Procore, and experience managing RFIs and submittals, along with a background in heavy civil and site work. Additional skills in AutoCAD and/or Navisworks are a plus. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or have ten years of construction management experience.
