Stream and Wetland Construction Foreman/Equipment Operator

Overview

Liesfeld Contractor is seeking an experienced Stream and Wetland Restoration Construction Foreman / Heavy Equipment Operator to support stream and wetland restoration projects. This position is responsible for leading and executing stream and wetland restoration construction activities using a variety of heavy equipment. This role requires a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in high-production stream and wetland restoration or similar heavy civil construction environments. The position combines advanced equipment operation with crew leadership, plan interpretation, finish grading, and strict adherence to safety and environmental standards while working in challenging field conditions across multiple project sites.
