The Tire & Field Service Technician is a full-time, on-site position in the Greater Richmond, VA area responsible for supporting field and shop operations through tire service, field repairs, material transport, and general equipment support. This role helps keep crews productive and equipment operating by responding to field service needs, transporting materials and equipment, performing tire changes and repairs, and assisting with shop and fleet activities. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, strong safety awareness, reliability, and a willingness to work in both shop and active jobsite environments, with the ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
