This is a full-time role leading construction crews in the installation and repair of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems across multiple project sites in the Richmond region. The Utility Foreman will supervise daily crew operations, coordinate field activities, interpret project plans, and operate heavy equipment as needed, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of hands-on utility construction experience, strong leadership skills, and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive job site. This role requires the ability to manage crews in challenging field conditions, keep projects on schedule, and uphold Liesfeld Contractor’s high standards for quality and safety.
