Spanning 354 acres, this high-profile development project featured the construction of twelve state-of-the-art buildings, four multi-level parking decks, and an extensive roadway network exceeding five miles.
Our team successfully managed the excavation, grading, and redistribution of over 1,000,000 cubic yards of earthen material, laying the groundwork for the entire campus infrastructure. The project also required the precise installation of over 50,000 linear feet of wet utilities, including stormwater, sanitary sewer, and domestic water systems, ensuring long-term operational resilience and capacity.
In support of the site’s high-volume vehicle access needs, Liesfeld constructed over 100 acres of paved parking lots.
