About this project
When Ace Hardware chose to build a distribution warehouse in Prince George County Virginia, Liesfeld Contractor was awarded the complete sitework package based on price and our ability to meet the accelerated schedule. We moved approximately 400,000 cy of material on this project that consisted of an 18 ac. building pad, loading docks and parking areas, as well as over ½ mile of new VDOT roadway to access the site. Our work flowed as scheduled and the project was completed on time despite working through the winter.
