Here’s a few updates on what Liesfeld is starting up and finished around the state.
Magnolia Green Woolridge Road Extension – In January, Liesfeld continued performing the site work for one of Richmond’s largest residential developments with the Woolridge Road Extension. In 2013 Liesfeld constructed one single family home section, one multi-family section, and a large stream restoration project along of the golf course. Learn more about the Magnolia Green project.
Craney Island – West Shoreline Protection – In December, Liesfeld completed the process of moving over 150,000 Cubic Yards of material from the east side to the west side of Craney Island to construct shore breaks. Read more about the Craney Island project.
Republic National Distribution Facility – In February, Liesfeld started the sitework construction for the 300,000 Square Foot Distribution Facility located on 25 acres in Ashland, VA. Read more about the project from the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
Rolls Royce Crosspointe – In November, Liesfeld completed the second phase of the Rolls Royce Crosspointe facility with the completion of the Advanced Aerofoil Manufacturing Facility and the Vendor Park. Learn more about the Rolls Royce Crosspointe Project.
Medline Distribution Facility – In March, Liesfeld will start the Medline Distribution Facility located inside the Meadowville Technology Park located in Chesterfield, VA. The sixty five acre design build project consists of a 400,000 SQFT distribution facility and associated trucking parking. Aggregate Industries – In February, Liesfeld will have completed the second phase at Aggregate Industries’ Charles City Plant including overburden removal of 150,000 Cubic Yards.
