A Liesfeld project, Stone Brewery East Coast Operations facility has been awarded the Top Manufacturing Project by ENR-Mid-Atlantic. The project included a 216,000 SQFT production brewery and distribution center located on a 16-acre brownfield site in Richmond, Virginia. Liesfeld provided the project a mass grading package primarily and focused on an intense building pad delivery. The project also featured road work, stream restoration work on the property, and prepping for a large conspan structure.
This award follows previous ENR awards like 2014’s Best Federal Project for the AWG Training Complex.
