About this project
The Medline Distribution Center is a 500,000 SQFT medical distribution facility sitting on forty acres in the Meadowville Technology Park in Chesterfield, Virginia. Calciment and lime stabilization was utilized on the half million square foot building pad due to the intense schedule during the winter. Liesfeld installed a 60’x30′ Contech O Series Con-span at the entrance road. The project also included several road improvements to Meadowville Technology Parkway with various turn-lanes. The project utilized our Green Solutions by using over 20,000 tons of crushed concrete in lieu of aggregate base for the recycled material credit. The design-build project featured large truck courts, a sizeable concrete package, and a large sediment basin.
